Plain English summary: VyaparPilot is a profit tracking tool for Meesho sellers. Use it honestly, don't abuse it, pay your subscription if you're on a paid plan, and we'll keep running your reports. Your data stays yours.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on VyaparPilot ("Service", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users including free and paid subscribers. We may update these terms — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Description of Service

VyaparPilot is a SaaS profit reconciliation tool for Meesho marketplace sellers in India. The Service allows you to:

→Upload and parse Meesho payment settlement CSV files
→Calculate per-order and per-SKU profit and loss
→View reconciliation dashboards, charts, and reports
→Manage SKU cost prices and business profile information

VyaparPilot is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Meesho Internet Private Limited.

Account Registration

You must register with accurate information. You are responsible for:

→Keeping your password confidential and secure
→All activity that occurs under your account
→Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access
→Ensuring you are at least 18 years old

One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits is not permitted.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

→Upload CSV data that does not belong to you or that you don't have rights to process
→Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
→Use automated bots to scrape or overload our servers
→Use the Service for any illegal purpose under Indian law
→Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
→Upload malicious files, scripts, or code of any kind

⚠️ Violation of acceptable use may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

Plans, Billing & Payments

Free Plan — Limited to 500 orders per month. No payment required.

Pro Plan (₹499/month) — Unlimited orders, full reconciliation history, all features. Billed monthly.

Business Plan (₹999/month) — Multiple accounts, API access, priority support.

→All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable GST
→Payments are processed securely. We do not store card details.
→Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You can cancel anytime.
→Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
→Refunds are available within 7 days of payment if the Service was non-functional

Your Data & Content

You own all data you upload to VyaparPilot. We do not claim any ownership over your order data, payment records, or business information.

By uploading data, you grant VyaparPilot a limited licence to process, store, and display that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

→Your data is never shared with advertisers or third parties
→You can delete your data or account at any time
→Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days

Intellectual Property

VyaparPilot's codebase, design, branding, logos, and documentation are owned by us and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from them.

The VyaparPilot name, logo, and "Profit Intelligence" tagline are our trademarks. Don't use them without written permission.

Disclaimers

VyaparPilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We specifically disclaim:

→Financial accuracy — Profit figures are calculated from your uploaded CSV data. We are not responsible for errors in your source data.
→Tax advice — Nothing in VyaparPilot constitutes tax, legal, or financial advice. Consult a qualified CA for tax matters.
→Uptime — We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
→Third-party compatibility — Meesho may change their CSV format at any time. We will update our parser but cannot guarantee instant compatibility.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, VyaparPilot's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, business decisions made based on our reports, or data loss.

Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time:

→You — Delete your account from Settings. Your data will be purged within 30 days.
→Us — We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions regarding data, IP, and liability survive termination.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

We encourage resolving disputes informally first — email us at legal@vyaparpilot.in before initiating legal proceedings.
