Quick answers to common questions
My CSV upload is failing. What should I do?
Download the CSV directly from Meesho Supplier Panel → Payments → Order Payments without opening or editing it in Excel. ReconPro validates the file format exactly as Meesho exports it.
Why is my profit showing as zero or negative?
This usually means your SKU cost prices are not set. Go to SKU Costs page and enter your purchase cost for each product. Then re-run reconciliation.
Can I use ReconPro for Amazon or Flipkart?
Currently ReconPro supports Meesho only. Support for other platforms is on our roadmap. Sign up to get notified when it launches.
Is my Meesho data safe on ReconPro?
Yes. Your data is stored encrypted and is only accessible by you. We never share it with Meesho, advertisers, or any third party. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I upgrade from Free to Pro?
Go to Settings → Subscription Plan and click 'Upgrade to Pro'. Payment is ₹499/month, billed monthly, cancel anytime.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you're unhappy with the service, request a refund within 7 days of payment by emailing billing@reconpro.in. We'll process it within 5–7 business days.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email privacy@reconpro.in with your registered email and the subject 'Delete My Account'. We'll confirm deletion within 30 days.
Do you offer a discount for new sellers?
The Free plan is available to all new sellers with no credit card required and includes up to 500 orders/month. Email us for special rates on annual subscriptions.
